Ponyta Not Flammable In Rain

I wouldn't have uploaded this one here from Bulbakaki, except for one thing--I managed to prntscreen it, but it wouldn't submit to Bulbapedia and I lost it. ;+;

I'm a liney person--I barely function without my outlines, so this was a pain for me. That said, I had fun. ^^
